Absinthe-Topped Ice Cream

Lucid Absinthe fan Jeph Blanchard made this absinthe-topped ice cream, which he describes as “wicked good.” He reduced Lucid to syrup using a sauce pan, added a little sugar, and drizzled it over three generous scoops of vanilla. In other words:

ABSINTHE-TOPPED ICE CREAM

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 shots of Lucid Absinthe
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • Ice cream

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix the Lucid Absinthe and the sugar
  2. Pour the mixture into a sauce pan and stir over heat until the mixture is reduced to syrup
  3. Drizzle the syrup over ice cream
  4. Enjoy being in heaven
